I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment. I was told to have a seat as it would be another 15 min wait. The place is not very clean at all. Preet didn’t seem very confident with her abilities during the facial. I had my hair nicely done before arriving. I asked preet to please not get any product in my hair. So disappointed.  Went for a manicure and left 1.5 hours later with no polish, nails not shaped and unevenly filed.  She tried to use polish and it was thick and uneven so another tech told her to take it off and try a new polish which she still couldn’t paint.  I asked her to just take everything off because I had to leave.  No discount offered. PK was my technician. She made sure to ask about my skin before using any wax. I have very sensitive under arms and tend to get ingrown hairs. Her care to detail was appreciated. The option for hard wax was offered along with calming lotion after the wax was removed.  Other salons I have been to do not offer the hard wax option. It is much gentler on those sensitive areas.
PK also encouraged me to come back if I noticed any patches or areas she had missed in the process. Highly recommended PK, Fuzzy Peach for any of your waxing needs.

I had such a wonderful experience with Mandee  Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also so detail-oriented and makes sure every nail looks perfect. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted.
