Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that life can get busy and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another client who may be waiting. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be subject to a small fee, simply to support our staff’s time and preparation.
